    I was nervous that since it is an adheasive it would look like one giant sticker....It looks and feels like a canvas painting however! I got this one for the colors as well as how inspiring and uplifting it is. I have framed it and put it on my bedroom wall that I searched long and hard to fill. When I wake up and see it, I can't help but smile and be inspired for my day!! :)

    About the Artist

    Acclaimed American illustrator Maxfield Parrish (1877 – 1966) created romanticized images aglow with magical colors and light. Learning to draw while recovering from typhoid fever, Parrish was inspired by the Old Masters and Pre-Raphaelites. He painstakingly created historic and romantic scenes using a geometric format called Dynamic Symmetry, and his brilliant colors were so admired that one was named “Parrish Blue” in his honor. For four decades, Parrish illustrated publications, ads, calendars and greeting cards. He single-handedly shaped the Golden Age of Illustration, and no other major artist has successfully copied his techniques.
