We were very satisfied with the product but were disappointed when more than a week had past and we received notification from the post office to collect the item ourselves as there was a further payment of £12.95 due which we were told was overseas duty. Having previously purchased other items from suppliers from the USA and not been charged any duty we were quite taken aback as we had not been informed by this company when we placed the order online that there would be any further cost to us.
