Starting his career with Life Magazine, he photographed many Hollywood stars and jazz and blues legends as well as recording the hippie movement’s attempts at social change. In the 90s he focused on urban architecture but he continues to be an avid environmentalist, raising conservation awareness through his nature landscapes.
