The product received was not what was in the picture, although a similar style but a problem if you don't have the space to accommodate a different shape. Appears poor quality, has clear plastic edging to entire piece which makes it look tacky.

I have received my order listed below and am very disappointed. The design is fine but the product is not. There is no information or instructions at all just a small print of the original design. I could not believe that the transfers were mounted on an adhesive dull gloss thick plastic sheet and die cut to 5 or 6mm around the black design, I assumed from seeing this that the plastic sheet would peel off leaving the black design on the wall, this is not so. This plastic sheet shows up in all lights and at all angles making the product look very tacky and cheap, it is very easy to see this and worse when two or three items overlap slightly it also shows up the poor adhesion of the transfers which tend to peel off the wall from day one and do not stick permanently despite much pressing and rubbing down onto the wall. I would like to point out that the wall was painted some months ago with a Dulux emulsion, this was listed on your web site as being the ideal site for the transfers.
